The Musgrave Room - Venues Brisbane
On ground floor level, it is airy and spacious catering for up to 180 people or up to 110 sitdown with a head table, more without. It has it's own waterproof pergola area and gardens adjoining suitable for pre-dinner savouries; Morning Tea & Afternoon Tea, Lunch or a Trade Fair display.
With loads of room, break-a-way areas are no problem. The gardens are suitable for photos for Christenings; Weddings or any celebration service. Recently refurbished, the room lends to any event from 40 people upwards and the set-up of the room, the menu ideas and the many extras are only limited by your imagination.

The Retreat - Venues Brisbane
Perfect for a quiet place with no distractions. The Retreat room is on the 1st floor above the Musgrave Room. It is quiet, secluded and cosy catering for up to 30 people. With it's own private facilities the foyer serves as a great place for Morning or Afternoon Tea with a miriad of options for Lunch whether it be by the swimming Pool; in the Restaurant, or on one of our grassy pockets under our own 3 x 3 marquees.
The Kessels Room - Venues Brisbane
A mid size room with lots of flexibility, the Kessels Room is a medium size intimate room catering for up to 60 people and has break-out options available. This room dresses up beautifully for a sit down meal, or Cocktail Style or afternoon tea for 100 people. The Kessels Room also sometimes doubles up as our alternative Dining Room when we have a private booking in the Restaurant. A popular room for smaller Christmas events, Corporate Dinners, Wakes or seminars & workshops the Kessels Room is worth your consideration.

The Boardroom - Events - Brisbane
Suitable for think tank meetings or small presentations. The Board Room caters from 6 - 12 people. Computer Training and small Business Dinners are a couple of examples of the popular use for this room..Pick straight off the a-la-carte menu and have your own private room. Also immediately outside the door, the Boardroom has it's own Pergola for Tea & Coffee on Arrival, Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea.
Trade Fair Field- Exhibition Grounds Brisbane
Looking to display large equipment or perhaps a team building exercise, our 4,000sq m Trade Fair field has the flexibility to give you large outdoor space only 15 minutes from the C.B.D.

A great spot for a Breakfast meeting - Sensational ever changing Buffet Breakfasts are served from 6.30am until 9.30am.. Continential Buffet Breakfast $15.50 with a Full Hot and Cold Buffet $19.50. We look forward to welcoming you.
Private Functions or Evening Meals : An extensive Restaurant Menu which changes about every 3 months is available for your selection. There are also daily specials, so that if you are staying with us for a few nights, something new is always available to tempt your palate. We have an extensive Vegetarian Menu also available, however, we welcome you notifying us of any dietary requirements you may have. The Restaurant can be hired for private functions utilising the restaurant or other menu selections.
The Tropical Pool - Barbeque Area - Events Brisbane.
Is an ideal area for corporate 'getting to know you' Barbeques, or a relaxing way to wind down after a long day of conferencing.
