Rates shown on our direct booking engine are the confirmed rate for that reservation at the time you book. Rates or offers referenced elsewhere on this site are indicative and subject to change and confirmation — nothing is guaranteed until your booking is confirmed by us or by the booking engine.
CancellationCancellation and amendment conditions depend on the channel you booked through — the terms shown to you at the time of booking (our direct booking engine, phone, or a third-party site) are the ones that apply to your reservation. If your plans change, the earlier you let us know the more we can help — call reception on (07) 3875 1999.
Check-in is from 2:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in or a later check-out is subject to availability on the day — ask when you book, or check with reception on arrival.
LiabilityWe take reasonable care of you and your belongings during your stay, but — as with any accommodation provider — we don’t accept liability for loss or damage to personal property beyond what the law requires. We ask all guests to follow the reasonable directions of our staff, particularly around the pool, gardens and fire-safety areas, for everyone’s safety.
